Your order will be dispatched 2-5 working days after your order has been received. Delivery times may vary depending on the stock status of the product ordered. If you think delivery is taking too long, you may cancel your order by contacting Customer Services at email@example.com.
We always send a confirmation by e-mail once we have received your order. Always keep the confirmation in case you need to contact Customer Services.
Please note, we will charge you SEK 300 if an order is not collected.
Please also note that we are not able to deliver to PO boxes, only to physical addresses.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you do want to exchange a product, you may do so by submitting a new order and returning the product you no longer want. Please return the product in the same condition in which it was sent to you. You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned in good condition and that all labels and tags are still attached. Once your return has been received and approved, the amount you have paid will be refunded, with a deduction for shipping. You will receive an e-mail once the return is complete and the monies have been refunded. It may take 5-15 days after we have received for your return for the monies to be refunded to your account.
Return a product
Please complete the included return label carefully and use the pre-printed shipping label and drop off your shipment at the same location from which you collected it.
Pay for your purchase using your VISA or Mastercard. Once you have confirmed your purchase by clicking “Complete purchase” at the checkout, you will be asked to enter your card details in order to complete payment. The transaction is carried out via a certified payment service provider using SSL encryption, meaning that no unauthorised parties can see your information.

When you place an order with us, you provide us with personal information such as your name, address and telephone number. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your personal information in order to satisfy our undertakings toward you. If you want to receive our newsletter, we will send you information and product offerings via e-mail. You can easily unsubscribe from our mailing list via your customer account or by contacting us on movesgood.se. In accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act, you are entitled to view the information we hold about you.
